Flora derives from Latin name for flower and the has a close association with Scotland where it is frequently used, inspired by Flora MacDonald the Scottish heroine who famously helped Bonnie Prince Charlie. The dramatic stripes on the Flora gymnastics unitard are loosely inspired by the pleats on kilts.
